Payme Please make payment within 24 hours after placing the order, otherwise the order will be cancelled and the product will be restocked,
After Payme payment, please send the screen shot of the transfer to our shop for confirmation (Chat with us in the lower right corner). After the shop has checked and confirmed the transfer record, it will be marked as "paid",
If Payme fails to provide a screenshot of the completed payment, it will be regarded as "unpaid".

Our store will ship the goods within two days after the customer pays.
Our store's delivery days are Monday to Friday 12:00-16:00. Weekends, Sundays and public holidays will be shipped the next day.
For every order of HK$100 or more, we will provide free postage, which will be sent by ordinary post ( without tracking function) .
For every order of HK$200 or more , we will provide free postage, and we will choose EC-get ( partial tracking function ).
Our store uses Hong Kong postal service. You can choose a) ordinary surface mail; b) EC-get , pick up the package at the post office, smart post station or convenience store ; or c) local registered mail , which has a tracking function and requires signature confirmation upon receipt.
Parcels under 2kg are considered small parcels and can be sent by regular mail, EC-get, or local registered mail.
Parcels under 20kg are considered medium-sized parcels and can be picked up via EC-get.
Please note that our store will first properly package the items, but the postage and risks are borne by the customer.
If the address is filled in incorrectly, resulting in the package being unable to be delivered, lost, or requiring additional postage, our store is not responsible. Please make sure the address and contact information are correct .

Free overseas delivery for every order over HK$600 , only available in countries covered by E-express (Hong Kong Post) service .
